Spa Sunday

Amorous Massage Oil on Spa Sunday

With the weather being cold here what better way to get...warmed.. than a lovers massage?

massage

1/2 cup light oil (canola, almond, safflower)

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Mix together all the ingredients. Let the mixture sit for several hours to allow the oil to absorb the cinnamon and vanilla. To remove any solids in the oil, pour the misture into a clean jar or bottle through a funnel lined with a coffee filter. Cover your container and enjoy. For a stronger scent place a cinnamon stick and/or a piece of vanilla bean inside the container.
Yield: 4 ounces

The massage surface should be comfortable but firm. Professional massage tables work best, but even the floor is a good surface and can be made more comfortable with a thick blanket, an exercise mat, or a comforter. Unless you have a very firm mattress or futon, don't use a bed. Most beds are too soft for an effective massage because they absorb the pressure intended for the body.

kiwi

Kiwi Astringent

An astringent shrinks the appearance of pores on your face, especially if you have oily skin. It can be harsh to your skin, you should rinse with cool water once you have applied to your face. Then apply a good beauty cream.

1 cup boiling water

1 ripe kiwi fruit, peeled and mashed

1 tblsp vodka

Pour the boiling water of the mashed kiwi in a heavy ceramic bowl and let sit until cool (about 20-30 minutes). Strain the misture well to remove all fruit solids and seeds. Strain twice, once with a fine metal strainer then with a paper coffee filter. Add the vodka to the liquid and stir.

To use: Apply to the skin with a clean cotton pad, then rinse your face with cool water.

No @SassyCorrinaT, it's not a martini.. :D here is a recipe for that, to enjoy either before or after your massage!

kiwi martini

•3 oz vodka or citrus vodka

•1/2 skinned kiwi

•1/2 tsp sugar syrup

•kiwi slice for garnish

Muddle the skinned kiwi with sugar syrup in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and vodka and shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a slice of kiwi.

Foodie Friday

Photobucket

Prattle
: Good morning Ms. Scuttlebutt! Today I want to show you how to make a favorite winter dinner of mine.. Chicken Pot Pie.
With it being so cold out, nothing says "lovin" like a hot pot pie in your tummy!

Scuttlebutt: Okay! I like chicken!! Mmm! *grabs apron and puts it on*

Prattle: Here are the ingredients. Enough for 6 Servings of Chicken Pot Pie.

Prep Time: 20 minutes

Cook Time: 45 minutes

Ingredients:

* 2 tablespoons butter
* 1 onion, diced
* 2 stalks celery, sliced
* 1 carrot, sliced
* 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
* 1 1/2 cups chicken stock
* 1 cup milk
* 1 pound cooked chicken, shredded or cut into bite sized pieces
* 1 teaspoon thyme, chopped
* 1 cup frozen peas
* 1 cup frozen corn
* salt and pepper to taste
* 2 portions frozen pie-crust dough, thawed
* 1 egg, beaten
* 1 tsp water

OK. The first thing you want to do Ms. Scuttlebutt is cook the chicken then let it cool. Tear the chicken into pieces and put in a bowl. Then chop the celery, onions and carrots.

Scuttlebutt: You mean like a whole chicken?

Prattle: A whole chicken is the best, or any chicken pieces with the bone still on.

Scuttlebutt: Uh huh... how do you want me to chop the celeryonioncarrot thingy?

Prattle: Into bite size pieces...or smaller. The smaller the chop, the faster they cook.

Scuttlebutt: Ooooh ok *grabs bread knife and starts chopping*

Prattle: Next, you want to get a large pan and melt the butter. *said in my best Julia Child voice* Once the butter is meted… don't burn it! If it turns brown, it's burnt... Once the butter is melted add the chopped veggies.

Scuttlebutt: Who is Julia Child?

Prattle: She was a chef, she was taught in France but was from US. I suggest seeing the movie "Julie and Julia", it's one of my favorites!

Scuttlebutt: Uh huh…

Prattle: So then you saute the veggies for about 10 minutes or until they are tender. Then add the flour to make a roux. Let it cook a minute in the butter and veggies so it won't taste flour-y.

Scuttlebutt: What the hell is a roux?

Prattle: A roux, dear Scuttlebutt, is a thickener made with a fat (in this case butter) and flour. It will make the stock thick and not soupy like water.

Scuttlebutt: What is a stock?

Prattle: Um...it is the liquid that meat is cooked in with herbs.. Chicken stock is what we are using today. I prefer to buy mine, it's easier to keep in my pantry than homemade stock.

Scuttlebutt: We are using chicken stock??? *looks at ingredients list* And where the hell will I find that??

Prattle: You should be able to find the stock in the grocery store, near the canned soups. After the roux is cooked, add the chicken stock and milk.
Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Add the chicken, thyme, peas and corn. Then salt and pepper to taste!

Scuttlebutt: Can’t I just use the liquid I used to boil the chicken in?

Prattle: You can, but unless you season it well while you are cooking, it won't have the same flavour. If you do want to make homemade stock, while you are cooking the chicken, add a bunch of carrots, celery and some onion as well as parsley, thyme and salt of course... but discard the cooked veggies.

Scuttlebutt: *mumbles* I only gave you a Greek salad recipe and you had to go and show off... pfff...

Prattle: *giggles* Once done, our salad would be head of lettuce chopped with onion and tomato. At least that's how I make one! I like your salad better though…

Scuttlebutt: *sticks out tongue*

Prattle: *giggles, taps wooden spoon against bowl* Ok, now you want to take your pie crust and lay it in a deep pie plate, pour in the filling and place the 2nd crust on top. Crimp (or pinch) the edges together to seal. Cut slits on the top to vent.

Scuttlebutt: Yeah ok... *takes the pie crust, lays it in a plate, pours in the filling and pinches the edges together* Uh huh. And now?

Prattle: Mix the egg and water together and brush over the top crust (will make it a lovely golden brown) and bake in the oven (on a cookie sheet in case of spillage) at 400 degrees F for about 25 minutes!

Let cool some, cut and enjoy! Butter, some crusty bread, add a salad, and you have a great winter dinner!

Scuttlebutt: *frowns and glares at you sideways* Anything else?

Prattle: *puppy eyes* Aww....It's not hard, really! No, that's it!

Scuttlebutt: *takes off apron and throws it at you*

Prattle: *hides laugh behind my hand*

Scuttlebutt: Why don't you do it then?!

Prattle: I do, about once a week in the winter!

Scuttlebutt: Ok! When is that day in the week again? We could eat yours!

Prattle: *starts to clean off the counter* This week I’m making it on Saturday. Not in time for Foodie Friday...sorry... *grins and throws the apron back at you*

Scuttlebutt: *sighs and puts apron back on* Show off... *says in a low mocking voice* you can make THAT salad, and some crusted bread... yadda yadda...

Prattle: MUMBLER! *laughs and looks at your pie* See, it looks great! Let’s eat!

Ackles appears as Dean Winchester on the CW television series Supernatural starring alongside Jared Padalecki (<-- another hottie we'll talk about another hump day).

Jensen is engaged to actress Daneel Harris, with whom he starred together in the movie Ten Inch Hero (That's because he hasn't met me yet...*grins*).

Foodie Friday

Hello friends!

From now on, every Friday we will cook for you, across the ocean from our kitchen to yours. We will share Greek and American recipes with each other and you!

Scuttlebutt: We will start with something fast and easy and proceed to more complex dishes. Baby steps. Remember? *grins*

Prattle: *mumbles* Pfft...I got this...she doesn't know who she's talking to... *giggles to self*

Scuttlebutt: Today I will teach you how to "cook" a very complex "Greek Salad". LOL!

Prattle: You said there was only one!!! Oh crap....

Scuttlebutt: *whispers to self* I can make you toss anything together and still pretend it’s a Greek salad… *evil grin*

Ingredients:

Photobucket

2 big Tomatoes
1 Cucumber
1 Onion
10 Black Olives
1 medium sized green paprika

Prattle: What the?? *mumbles* GREEN paprika....Um...googling for correct item.. A-ha! Sweet bell pepper

Scuttlebutt: Yep! The one that looks like a bell!

Feta cheese

Please don't tell me you don't know what Feta cheese is...

Prattle: *clears throat loudly* Excuse me Miss European Grecian ..Yes, I know what feta cheese is *rolls eyes*...it's crumbly and it goes on salad!

Scuttlebutt: *hits buzzer* Wrong! It’s NOT crumbly! It comes in big blocks and you cut it Mrs. Smartpants! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Feta

Oregano
Olive oil
Salt/Pepper

Ok, so this VERY complex dish... *giggles* needs some very simple steps.

First of all you should rinse the tomatoes, peel off the skin if you like, peel the cucumber and remove the skin from the onion.

Take a large bowl.

Now, cut the tomato in small pieces. No matter how, anyhow you like.

Prattle: That would be a medium dice..

Scuttlebutt: Uh huh… Whatever fits in your mouth *grins*

Place it in the bowl.
Take the cucumber, part it in the middle - NOT IN HALF Ms. Prattle!! In the middle!

Prattle: That would be in half lengthwise, for us over here...

Scuttlebutt: *looks at you sideways* I proceed… cut it in small pieces that look like half moons. In the bowl with them too!

Now cut the bell pepper in strips and the onion too.
In the bowl with them too.

Here comes the feta cheese. Cut it in little cubes and add them to the bowl.

Prattle: I think it mostly comes in a tub and loose and crumbly, is that ok to use?

Scuttlebutt: In a tub?? Loose and crumbly? *gags* This isn’t Feta! It’s a destroyed Feta! Well anyhow… if this is what you can get… use this. I may send you some real Feta cheese for your birthday!

Add the black olives (maybe send you some of them for the b-day too…) to the salad. Now toss all the ingredients together.

Nutritionists say that 1 tablespoon of olive oil is enough for each serving. So, this salad would be for 4 people hence you should use 4 tbsp of olive oil. Add some salt and oregano and the salad is ready.

If you have a slice of bread with it, it’s a full, healthy, low calorie meal. Enjoy!

Now Mrs. Prattle... let me see what you did... looks good! Bravo!

Photobucket

Now say it with me... Ho-ria-tee-kee!!!

Prattle: How-raya-key?? What’s that mean? *scratches head*

Scuttlebutt: Not How-raya-key! *rolls eyes* Ho-ria-tee-kee!!! Ooh forget it! Whatever the name is, it tastes good!

Kali Orexi!!! (Translation: Good appetite)

Scuttlebutt in a squabble

roast pig

Scuttlebutt: *sharpens knife*

Prattle
: *peeks around corner into kitchen* Uh.. *points at shiny sharp thing* Whatcha doin' there Ms. Scuttlebutt?

Scuttlebutt: *looks back at you* I'm sharpening my butcher knife...

Prattle: For foodie Friday's?

Scuttlebutt: Hmm... nope. I think this will be sooner than Friday if it keeps going on.

Prattle: Uh-huh.. If what keeps going on?

Scuttlebutt: Mr. Scuttlebutt's sulking...

Prattle: *rolls eyes* Men...

Scuttlebutt: I just don't know if I will kill him in his sleep or while he is sitting on the couch sulking... Hmmm... What do you think?

Prattle: Well that depends on if you want him to see you coming or not..

Scuttlebutt: *giggles* Oh I don't know. *thinks* I think its going to be easier when he sleeps cause he certainly will fight me off right?

Prattle: You make a point there.. *nods head*

Scuttlebutt: Well anyways... I'll give him a couple of days. If this goes on... he is gonna be the meal for Foodie Friday!

Prattle: *thumbs through cookbook for recipe on cannibalism* Hm...maybe we feed him to the fishes?

Scuttlebutt: I think he will look good in the oven with an apple in his mouth. *evil grin*

Prattle: Men have been known to be pigs, yes.. so what's got you all excited about "cooking"? I thought that was my kinda thing.

Scuttlebutt: Oh dear... I don't know where to start actually. For a few days now he is sulking... just dragging himself from the couch to the bed, then to work and back home to sulk some more.

Prattle: That's not good!

Scuttlebutt: I know it's not! We have talked about it, it's not something that only concerns him. It's a problem that concerns both of us but I don't tend to sulk around... I am trying to do something about my problem. And if I can't, I just smile and say "OK, I'll get through this."

Prattle: Sulking does not solve anything, just makes you more sad..

Scuttlebutt: I know. But he wont snap out of it. What should I do? Maybe talk to Dr. Ruth? Kick his arse? Shake him?

Prattle: Uh..is he sulking about sex?

Scuttlebutt: Oh my God! That would be a good kind of sulking actually!

Prattle: *giggles*

Scuttlebutt: No... the sulking is about money... or let's say about the lack of enough money. Money...money...money.

Prattle: That is the majority of our fights in the Prattle house too..

Scuttlebutt: OK, I know. Money makes the world go round but HELL!! Its not EVERYTHING!! Oh dear... Damn whoever invented this stuff! sighs

Prattle: No, love makes the world go round.. Money is a necessary evil..

Scuttlebutt: I like your attitude hon and I agree with you. But there's something about men and money.

Prattle: Yes, I think it's in the genes

Scuttlebutt: Yes... money equals power. No money - no power.

Prattle: Some times you have to tell your guy to "man up" or grow up.

Scuttlebutt: Oh I told him that and the result was ... more sulking!

Prattle: Oh no....

Scuttlebutt: I think I just go and hit him on the head. Maybe the machine starts working again?

Prattle: LOL! find the reboot button!

Scuttlebutt: Is there a reboot button??

Prattle: Er....sort of...

Scuttlebutt: *stands up* I am definitely going to find that one!

Prattle: They need to be babied sometimes too..

Scuttlebutt: Sometimes?

Prattle: Uh, yeah...only sometimes.. *whistles*

Scuttlebutt: I'm sorry Mrs. Prattle... gotta go hit Mr. Scuttlebutt!! Errr... I mean hit his reboot button!

Prattle: *giggles*

Disclaimer: Ms. Scuttlebutt is not really planing on killing Mr. Scuttlebutt so no worries... no pigs... errr... men, will get harmed. *grins*

Best Performance by an Actress in a Motion Picture - Drama

Sandra Bullock – The Blind Side

Prattle: Another one I haven’t seen, but LOVE HER!! She’s another one that has been touched by the Cinema and Beauty Gods... And that dress...a vision in violet, she floated to the stage.

Scuttlebutt: Oh yes! *claps hands* I love Sandra! She is funny, sweet, talented! Adorable!

Photobucket

Best Performance by an Actor in a Motion Picture - Drama

Jeff Bridges – Crazy Heart

Prattle: He is awesome, I heard he did his own singing in this... don’t care for him bearded, but he looked dashing in his suit! All the Bridges Boys clean up nicely!

Scuttlebutt: I think that Jeff Bridges is one of the most handsome men in Hollywood. Men, I said. And he definitely cleans up quite well for his age too.

Best Motion Picture - Comedy Or Musical

The Hangover

Prattle: This has to be one of the funniest movies I’ve ever seen in my life!! I thought it was going to be sophomorically stupid, but it was great! I strongly suggest seeing this movie for a great laugh! “is that a baby? Whose is it?” .. “I don’t know, check its collar or something.”

Scuttlebutt: Hahaha!!! Oh my God! I remember that scene! And the one in the bathroom... where he sees the tiger while he pees??? So funny!! So worth it!

Photobucket

Best Performance by an Actress in a Motion Picture - Comedy Or Musical

Meryl Streep – Julie & Julia

Prattle: This is a great movie..this was a wonderful movie..I love this movie! Cooking...Butter...Meryl Streep and Amy Adams! The costumes were as awesome as the acting... Meryl is another one that in my opinion cannot put out a bad movie, she is awesome.

Scuttlebutt: *giggles* Yes! I completely agree with you! You could bathe that one too on a Spa Sunday! *grins* I love dirty, bloody men...

Photobucket

Best Performance by an Actress In A Supporting Role in a Motion Picture

Mo’nique – Precious: Based on the Novel Push by Sapphire

Prattle: This is sooo on my watch list of movies. I will need a couple of boxes of tissues I’m sure! And her speech....I about started to sob... I loved the front of her dress but didn’t care for the pleats in the back..

Scuttlebutt: Unfortunately here in Greece, the movie distribution is too slow in some cases. Many of the movies haven't gotten here yet and some of them wont ever do. I haven't even heard of that one. But if you say it's good and she won a Globe, I guess it's worth it.

Photobucket

Scuttlebutt: I watch animated movies all the time! I love them!

Photobucket

Best Screenplay - Motion Picture

Jason Reitman – Sheldon Turner – Up in the Air

Prattle: Will see this one soon too!! LOVE GEORGE!!! So handsome... *sigh* and just seems like an all around good guy..

Best Original Score - Motion Picture

Michael Giacchino – Up

Prattle: I think an animated film has a leg up on scores. I think it would be easier to create the music for animation than for a live actor movie. I don’t know why I think this.. Maybe it goes back to my cartoon watching Saturday morning days, with Bugs Bunny and music from “The Barber of Seville” in the background.

Best Original Song - Motion Picture

“The Weary Kind (Theme from Crazy Heart)” – Crazy Heart

Best Television Series - Drama

Mad Men

Prattle: I was surprised they won! I’ve heard the show is good (I love period shows/movies) but I thought last season’s True Blood was excellent. And I LOVE House, for many reasons!

Photobucket

Photobucket

Best Television Series - Comedy Or Musical

Glee (FOX)

Prattle: This is an awesome show too!! I was in drama club and choir in high school, so I can identify with this.. and I think that we should have a soundtrack playing in the background during everything we do, and should break out in song and dance whenever! *twirls and shows you my best jazz hands* Shhhaa!

Scuttlebutt: Ok Ms.Prattle... come on now. Come sit here with me. Easy girl... *giggles*

Toni Collette – United States of Tara (SHOWTIME)

Prattle: She is another actress that I love, I have loved her since “Muriel’s Wedding” (1994) she is great and has really developed into a beautiful graceful actress! I love that she’s taken smaller bits and really worked on acting and not just making blockbusters.

Best Performance by an Actor In A Television Series - Comedy Or Musical

Alec Baldwin – 30 Rock (NBC)

Prattle: I don’t really care for this man as a person...but as an actor he is hilarious! He does dry humour very well, and I love dry humour. He was great in “It’s Complicated”, loved it!

Best Mini-Series Or Motion Picture Made for Television

Grey Gardens (HBO)

Prattle: I had never heard of this...but really want to check it out! I love Drew Barrymore, she is another one that has done great things after getting herself together and living beyond her name...and for herself!

Best Performance by an Actress In A Mini-series or Motion Picture Made for Television

Drew Barrymore – Grey Gardens (HBO)

Prattle: See above! I loved her dress, but was curious about the spiky thing on her hip and shoulder...kinda scary!

Best Performance by an Actor in a Mini-Series or Motion Picture Made for Television

Kevin Bacon – Taking Chance (HBO)

Prattle: You can’t go wrong putting Kevin Bacon in anything.. He’s helping to bring the skinny jeans back, did you see that? And he can pull it off!

Scuttlebutt: I am not really a Kevin Bacon fan... I don't know. Maybe after his role in “Hollow Man” I think he is scary... brrr...

Best Performance by an Actress in a Supporting Role in a Series, Mini-Series or Motion Picture Made for Television

Chloë Sevigny – Big Love (HBO)

Prattle: I LOVE this show too! She is awesome in it, very baaaaddd Mormon! She hit the nail on the head when she said she didn’t know why they would cast her in this role, its so un-Chloe! But it works, it’s like a train wreck…you have to watch it, it’s unbelievable. I did not care for her dress though…it was also a train wreck. Too many frilly things close to her face, on her shoulders would have looked fine, or some in the back, but not at the collar...

Best Performance by an Actor in a Supporting Role in a Series, Mini-Series or Motion Picture Made for Television

John Lithgow – Dexter (SHOWTIME)

Prattle: I haven’t seen him in this show yet, but he’s another one that has been touched by the Cinema Gods, he can play ANYTHING!!!!

Scuttlebutt: I'm sorry for not commenting on the series here but – as I said before – Greece... a little behind things. Haven't seen most of these things. But I hope that someday I will.

Leave us a comment, tell us what you like, who you hate... We want to know your opinion on the Globes too.

Scuttlebutt and Prattle at your services.

P.S. Ms. Prattle... this here is for you... cause you've been such a good girl! *giggles*

Spa Sunday

Photobucket

As much as we love the holiday season, it can be stressful. Shopping, anxiety as well as too many parties and not enough sleep take a toll on more than our attitude it can affect our immune system. Seeing people that we really don't want to see, figuring out what to buy our loved ones...and hoping we can exchange some gifts that were received! After the holidays is a good time for us to unwind, relieve our stress and recharge our psychological batteries! Ms. Scuttlebutt and Ms. Prattle have some advise for pampering yourself in a home spa. Light some candles, and turn off the overhead lights. Put on some soft music while you're at it! If you have children, remind them that this is "mommy-time" and you need to be alone! Of course putting a children's show on the tv and placing them, snack in hand, in front is not a bad idea...of course not all the time, but it is acceptable every now and again! Try these and pamper yourself, you deserve it!

Relaxing bath mix

Photobucket

Forget the usual quick shower for today. A bath is the best way to relieve stress and get your strength back. Fill the tub and boost it up with a bath mix that will coddle your skin too. This mix is good for sensitive skin.

Ingredients:
1/4 cup milk flakes (or powdered milk, if flakes aren't available)
1/4 cup oat flakes
1 tblsp baking soda
1 tsp almond oil
3 drops chamomile
3 drops rose oil essence
6 drops orange oil essence

Put all the flakes in the blender, then mix all the ingredients in a bowl and stir. Empty the mix in the warm bath water (not too hot) and soak for 20 minutes.

Toning scrub for a soft body

Photobucket Photobucket

The semolina cleans and opens the pores while the antioxiding and toning quality of the orange will give you a refreshing and well-being feeling.

Ingredients:
Juice of 1/2 orange
4 tablespoons of semolina

Stir the two ingredients together until you have a unvarying paste. Apply to all parts of your body and rub your skin with smooth, even, circular movements for 2-3 minutes, giving more attention to the hard spots like knees, heels and elbow.

If you don't have semolina, you can use sugar or sea salt. Not as cleansing but it does the trick.

Rinse with warm water and apply a moisturizing cream on your whole body or...

Hydrating body oil

Photobucket

The hydration after a bath is not only necessary for helping the skin to keep the water it received from the bath but also to enhance the softness and elasticity and to give it a soft perfume.

Ingredients:
120 gr (4 oz or a half a cup) of any oil such as almond oil
50 drops of essence oil (lavender or orange for invigoration, sandalwood or ilang ilang for relaxation)

Mix the two ingredients in a glass bottle and apply to your body in circular movements on your whole body, massaging it in until your skin absorbs it.

Thats it for today!

The day the world will end…

Scuttlebutt: I was thinking about the end of days the other day… Everybody speaks about how the world will end in 2012 and I have actually watched the movie too – great CGI by the way but that’s about it - but isn’t there always somebody prophesying about when the world will end and how?

I even remembered some of the movies / TV series having this theme.

Prattle: It wasn’t very good? I wanted to see it..dang.. I have watched a lot on the history channel and biography about Nostradamus and the Mayans, and they creep me out some. There was another “seer”…oh…*googling for his name*…can’t find it. But even as vague as their predictions are I think it’s creepy that they end close to the same time.

TERMINATOR

Photobucket

Scuttlebutt: In this future, the robots will declare war against all humankind! The “prophet” in this case is John Connor who will send various soldiers to the past to protect… himself *grins*. Wouldn’t that be nice? Time travel? Or space travel… I think I would prefer to travel through space or teleport myself to anywhere I want. I would pay Jensen Ackles a little visit… *winks*

Prattle: You know, I don’t think I’ve ever seen any of the terminator movies all the way through… Teleportation…nice power to have! The best of the two I think. You’d of course pay Jensen a visit *rolls eyes*, and of course I would visit Gerard Butler, just to watch him sleep.. *sighs, drifts into dreamland*

Scuttlebutt: *raises brow* To sleep... yeah, right...

THE X-FILES

Photobucket

Scuttlebutt: In this scenario, on December 22 of 2012, aliens will colonize earth! The “chosen one” in this case was Mulder – I guess – who was fighting against the cigarette smoking man or else known as "cancer man" and was searching for the truth that is still out there somewhere…and trusting no one.
If the aliens look like what they did in the X-Files… I don’t really want them to colonize earth… I will throw them out of my house for sure. Ugly little things… If on the other hand they would look like Hugh Jackman for example *smirks* I wouldn’t mind them to colonize me any day! *coughs*

Prattle: You did not just say Hugh Jackman!!! *bends over in laughter* You must have been thinking of me when you wrote this! *grins* Did you mean David Duchovny? Who is also another one of the sexy smart men I <3.

Scuttlebutt: No silly! I mentioned Hugh cause he is gorgeous and I wouldn’t mind aliens looking like him, taking over my house… my body… *giggles*

MATRIX

Photobucket

Scuttlebutt: In this case I guess the world has already come to an end as we know it since there isn’t a real world, right? The only nice thing about this whole story is Neo … Yum yum Keanu Reeves! In the end I didn’t really got the whole point of the movie but I liked the Oracle! Hey! It’s ok about the vase… *winks*

Prattle:*sings REM’s it’s the end of the world as we know it (and i feel fine….)* Neo... Beautiful Neo..Neo bald, Neo with hair…Neo.. I have loved this man forever! Keanu means “cool wind over the mountain”.. He could blow over my mountains! *cough* whoops, sorry.. *cough* Of all these movies, I think I’m the most afraid of this scenario. To think that nothing is real, nothing was ever real and the beauty we see is all a computer program is horrifying to me. If I was going to be “juice” for an alien race, I hope vampires would be that race…

Scuttlebutt: “Blow wind over my mountain's”??? Bwahahaha *falls on floor laughing* … *coughs and stands, straightening clothes* Ok... Umm...

Prattle: *grins and nods*

Scuttlebutt: You will probably think “What’s the point of this whole babbling?” Well, the question is… would you like to know if the world would come to an end and when? And what would you do?

I would probably spend the rest of my days and money lying on the beach watching the sunrise and sundown while drinking and dancing with my friends and loved ones. Let’s just hope that it will be around summer time cause the humidity would kill me first… *giggles*

Prattle: I would do a LOT of crying.. I don’t want to know when the world will end. I have enough trouble letting my kids get on the school bus and be away from me during school hours, let alone if I knew our days together were numbered. Knowing would be a bad thing for me. I would think about what I didn’t accomplish, I would sink into a horrible depression. I would do the “ugly crying” thing with snot dripping out of my nose, and puffy red eyes, and incoherent babbling. It would not be pretty.

Scuttlebutt: Ok then... I wont tell you if the world is ending.

Prattle: Thanks, I appreciate that...

Scuttlebutt: Um.. Prattle... would you like to come with me to the beach? Bwahaha!

Prattle: NOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!! i know what that is code for... *curls up in fetal position on floor*

Scuttlebutt: *rolls eyes, lays next to you on floor with hands behind my head watching the sunset...*
